As one of the few plant sculpture, product and landscape design workshops in our country; We are following with great sadness the justified reactions shown in the media regarding the plant sculptures belonging to Hatay Metropolitan Municipality in recent days.
Plant sculpture art has an important place in the recent world green environmental movement for a livable life. As with every innovation, unfortunately, this branch is not known in our country. Considering its importance, it is one of the most important issues to focus on it meticulously and to have it done in the right concepts.
Recent works in Hatay in no way reflect this branch of art and do not comply. It damages the importance and reputation of this branch of art in the eyes of the public; It causes the efforts of the workshop and its employees, who are trying to spread, progress and increase awareness, to be wasted.
However, we made exemplary applications such as King Suppiluliuma and the bee figure to the relevant municipality. We presented the design file, which is a guide for Hatay Expo, which we prepared with devotion. Unfortunately, various reasons kept us away from the related studies.
Although we tried to help as much as we could, it was bad. Exposing examples is not a naturally acceptable attitude. The reactions shown are completely justified and appropriate.
After these bad examples were covered in the media, from the places where we made promotions and made offers; -Did you do it? Being addressed to these questions has also upset us, worn us out, and made this statement obligatory. Plant sculpture art, our workshop and our employees have lost their reputation on those who know us in our absence and are not aware of the subject.
As a result, we respectfully announce to the public that we have nothing to do with the bad exemplary practices in Hatay, which are reflected in the media.
